COURSE: Art 529: 3D Digital Studio II MEDIUM: Animation Video DESCRIPTION: I’m interested in making a traditional hand-drawn animation and incorporating digital imaging and 3D modelling technologies into the drawings. My attempts so far seem to have gravitated towards a choreographic aspect, where I make animated drawings inspired by and based on various types of dances, figure skating, and many other dynamic patterns of body movements. I like to think of my work as animated paintings, as the emphasis is more on the drawing and painting, and here the digital serves as a medium through which drawings utter their presence. https://youtu.be/r0DPsoA3OtU
