What are the DesignLab Chat/Text Hours?

Chat and text staff will be online when DesignLab is open. We are open during the nine-month academic calendar when classes are in session. See our main page for current hours.

Are session transcripts saved?

Yes, transcripts are saved and used by DesignLab and the UW–Madison Librarians to improve our services to you.
