What are the DesignLab Chat/Text Hours?
Chat and text staff will be online when DesignLab is open. We are open during the nine-month academic calender when classes are in session. See our main page for current hours.
Are session transcripts saved?
Yes, transcripts are saved and used by DesignLab and the UW-Madison Librarians in order to improve our services to you.
