DESCRIPTION:
A set of three digital collages, each meant to inspire a larger project and to convey a given set of words abstractly.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT:
This set of three works was created as the basis for the design of an interior, but quickly became something of its own. Each piece is composed of a variety of architectural and non-architectural elements that fuse the built and natural environments, juxtaposing and harmonizing the two. Each has a different base set of words that were given to the class to portray. The water collage is balanced and calm, the lake collage is invigorating, and the bear collage is warm, cozy, and secure.
