MEDIUM: Digital Illustration
DESCRIPTION:
This is a digital illustration of the popular musician, A$AP Rocky, that I created for fun using Adobe Illustrator. I based my illustration off of a photograph of the rapper, choosing to exclude much of the detail in order to give it a cartoon effect.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT:
I made this portrait of American rapper, A$AP Rocky, using Adobe Illustrator. I made this illustration for fun one day because I felt like the walls of my room needed some added decorations, and also A$AP Rocky is my favorite. After finishing the illustration on the computer I printed the file out as a poster using the poster printing facilities in College library. It has been hanging on my wall ever since.
