DESCRIPTION:
A 6:43 minute war chant and acrobatic dance presentation in traditional Zulu attire filmed at Shaka Marine Park during Christmas break 2022. This video combines chanting and fascinating acrobatic dancing performed by a dance group from KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa which contains a unique combination of traditional dance as well as modern breakdancing moves representing an aesthetically pleasing combination of the distant past and the present and of African & Black-American culture.

This video was filmed to supplement our video offerings on the BLAC Foundation website whose aim is the “exaltation of black culture worldwide.”
