DESCRIPTION:
I put my own twist on the classic Forever USA stamps with four original stamps and a stamp sheet. This series of unique stamps crafted in Illustrator showcases the most popular videos of our generation from the app Vine. If you couldn’t recognize them, from top left to right they are: “You almost made me drop my croissant”; “welp, when life gives you lemons”; “look at this graph”; “road work ahead? Uh, yeah, I sure hope it does!”.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT:
I’m an artist who has been deeply passionate about design and illustration since I was a kid. When I got my first computer, I would log onto Canva and design book covers for fun! By studying drawing on my own and taking graphic design classes, I’m building skills that contribute to my clean, vivid aesthetic. Additionally, I’m interested in philosophy and West African culture, and I’ve made art regarding this as well.
