MEDIUM: Animation Video
DESCRIPTION:
In this stop-motion video, I separate the space into two parts, right and left. The whole process is based on the rule that I add one piece of paper on the left first, then add another corresponding piece on the right, and keep this process until the end. It is a black and white video, but it is still visible that two colors are used in this work, which symbolize two different decisions in each step. Based on this simple strategy, the final pattern comes out from the independent steps. This short video aims to capture the idea that the intentional decision contributes to the unintentional consequence by Adam Smith. I intend to find the relationship between the individual and the structure in this short video.
