The Empress is a tarot card I created using Photoshop. I created this tarot card using found imagery from Pexels.com and one of my mom’s senior photos.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT:
The assignment for this project was to create a tarot card using found imagery. The card I chose was The Empress. I included the symbolism of a butterfly crown, a field of flowers, a planet, and a forest, all themes typically seen in The Empress tarot cards.
