DESCRIPTION:
Logo design for the purpose of creating merchandise for the department of forest and wildlife ecology organized by the graduate students of the department. I won third place with the logo. It represents the acronym and is surrounded by wildlife and trees to represent the department.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT:
I am a graduate student in the department of forest and wildlife ecology. I work with satellite data from NASA to investigate and monitor human-environmental interactions and expanding settlements into woodland and investigate related issues, interactions, and fire risk. In my free time I am also interested in designing and creating designs, logos, and art.
